PAYMENTS, RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
The Company recommends that the User read the Terms & Conditions of Use, the Privacy Policy and Shipping Policy in conjunction with each other.
Payment; Refund
The product or service shall not be delivered to the User unless the User makes the payment towards the purchase of such product or service. In making available any of the payment methods on the Website and/or the Mobile App, the Company will not be responsible or assume any liability, whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly because of:
- Lack of authorization for any transaction/s, or
- Exceeding the preset limit offered by participating banks, or
- Any payment failure arising out of the transaction, or
- Decline of transaction for any other reason/s
The Company endeavours to provide the services to the best of its ability and provide the quality produce and products so that the User has no complaints.
The User understands and acknowledges that the refund, whether partial or in full, towards any product on the Website or Mobile App shall be at the sole option of the Company, subject to the terms hereunder.
Defective or Damaged Goods
In respect of any product, whether perishable or otherwise, that has been purchased by the User from the Website, and such product has been received by the User in a defective or a damaged condition, please write to the Company at <support AT tonsvalley.shop> with images and a description of the defect or damage within a period of 12 hours of receipt of such product.
Cancellation
The User understands and agrees that the offer for sale of a product by the Company on the Website is not an absolute or an unconditional offer. Such offer to sale by the Company is subject to repudiation by the Company at any time before the delivery of the product to the User, without any obligation to assign or provide any reason for such repudiation, and without any consent from the User, and without any liability or any obligation towards the User.
The User understands that orders for produce once placed can only be cancelled within a period of 12 hours of placing the said order. The User understands and acknowledges that the Company does not accept cancellations after 12 hours of the User placing the order.
The User must write to the Company at <support AT tonsvalley.shop> to confirm the cancellation. In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the refund initiated immediately. In the event of the refund by way of Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, it will take atleast 7-12 business days for the credit to appear in your account. The User understands that the refund is governed by banking institutions and the Company cannot be held liable for any delay for refund in the event of cancellation within the prescribed period.
Return
The User understands and agrees that in the event that the User seeks to return any undamaged non-perishable product, the Company shall issue a refund only upon receipt of the undamaged rejected product. The User acknowledges and agrees that the cost of returning the undamaged product shall be at his/its sole cost. The User acknowledges and agrees that any undamaged non-perishable product, must be returned with original packaging appropriately packed for safe shipping, The User must write to <support AT tonsvalley.shop> in the event that he/it intends to seek refund of such undamaged non-perishable product. Shipping charges and its associated taxes paid at the time of placing an order are non-refundable.
Delay
The User understands and acknowledges that the Company shall not responsible for any loss, damage or expense incurred by the User in the event of any delay in delivery of services or goods. Even though the Company shall endeavour to and make all efforts to ensure timely delivery of goods, the Company is not responsible for any delays that may occur due to reasons that are beyond the control of the Company.
Loss; Theft
The User understands and acknowledges that the Company shall not responsible for any loss or theft to the goods during transit to the location specified by the User. The Company shall under no circumstances be liable for any loss or theft of the goods for any reason whatsoever when said goods are in custody, possession or control of third parties selected by the Company to forward, enter and clear, transport or render other services with respect to such goods.
In case of lost goods during the journey, Company will try to locate the items on a “best-effort” basis but is not responsible for the same in case of loss or theft to the same. Should it come to the attention of the Company that any goods in transit have been lost, it shall either refund or replace such goods at the option of the User.
