Shipping; Handling; Partial Orders
Separate charges for shipping and handling will be shown on the User’s order form. The Company shall try and ensure that orders received before 12 p.m. Indian Standard Time on weekdays (i.e., between Monday and Friday), are shipped within the following 7 business days. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays will be processed the following business day. As a security precaution, initial orders and orders shipping to alternate addresses may be held for extended verification. We reserve the right to make partial shipments, which will not relieve you of your obligation to pay for the remaining deliveries.
All items purchased from the Website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon the Company making delivery to the carrier. Any damage sustained to any product during shipping is covered by insurance in specific instances as may be covered by the policies of the shipping service provider.

Insurance
The User hereby agrees, assents and acknowledges that the Company is under no obligation to arrange for the insurance of the goods. It is clarified that no claim can be made against the Company for the failure to arrange for or ensuring that the goods are satisfactorily insured.
