Welcome to our selection of some unique & pahadi organic dals (pulses). These are dals that are grown locally for consumption and are incredibly diverse. We have brought you a selection to try in handy 250 GM packs each.

This bundle contains 250 GM each of:

1. Panchranga Dal
2. Pahadi Lobia Dal
3. Harshil Rajma
4. Small White Rajma
5. Black Rajma

Each of these dals has a unique flavour and are easy to cook with very minimum 1 hr soaking required before cooking.

Cooking instructions:

• Soak dals for 1 hour in cold water (use RO purified water if tap water is hard)
• Drain the water
• Pressure cook with fresh water for 8-9 whistles (again use RO purified water if tap water is hard)
