This year we have started a project to convert some of our partner farmers’ harvest of delicious crisp pears into divine Pear Juice. Freshly plucked pears of the Comice, Packham & Conference varieties, with the highest juice and natural fruit sugar content are shipped to a brand new nearby state-of-the-art apple juice plant run by a cooperative factory with support from the horticulture department . There the fruits are cold-pressed and the unfiltered pear juice full of natural goodness is packed in eco-friendly glass bottles. Our pears are juiced within 5 days of harvest, thus ensuring that no nutrition of the pears is lost, you get all the goodness of crunchy tree-fresh pears.
The juice contains no preservatives, no added sugar and is 100% pear juice i.e. no added water!
This juice is perfect to start the day for anyone. This juice is extremely diabetic friendly as it contains only natural fruit sugars i.e. fructose, no added sucrose or glucose!
