Orchard-fresh fruits have been fermented slowly over the winter to deliver these intense vinegars to you. Other than apple, rest of the vinegars are extremely rare and you will only find very few fermenters making them.
We do not add any sugar to our fruits nor do we add any water to the ferment. The ferment happens with the fruit’s own sugar and the moisture sweated by the fruit. Out vinegar retains the maximum natural nutrients of the fruits and 100% of the pro-biotic benefits.
Fast forward, after 4 months of slow fermentation in cold temperature, we present to you a beautiful batch of our vinegar.
Our vinegars are cloudy, unfiltered, unpasteurised, and has strands of the mother. It is delivered to you as fermented.
