Organic Lemon Pickle is an Indian staple in every household! Lemon trees are found across the country and till mid elevations in our mountains. Thin skinned lemons thrive especially well in our mountains.
Our river valleys are full of lemon trees that predominatly grow unattended and communities harvest them regularly to make pickle. Lemon is primarily consumed for its high content of Vitamin C.
Our pickle is prepared using a traditional mountain recipe using a unique mix of spices.

Lemons in Tons Valley:
We have chosen village clusters to procure lemons. We are trying to promote cultivation of citrus plants as they are hardy requiring no chemical fertilizer or insecticides.
Ingredients: Organic Lemons, pure mustard oil and assorted spices (see packaging for complete list) | No chemical preservatives used.
